SHIPPING POLICY

How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

How Long Does It Take To Process A Stamp Order?

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your stamp order to be processed during school terms as it takes 24-48 hours for the stamps to be produced. During QLD school holidays, stamps will be processed within 48 hours. We make every effort to process stamps as quick as possible. 

Processing times are SEPERATE to shipping times. All orders placed to major Australian cities should receive their order within 14 business days. All orders to regional areas should allow 21 days for shipping. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check  your spam or junk folder or contact us for confirmation.

We are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped, so please email before shipping. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 per order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a full refund to the original payment method. 

Please Note:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be in the original packaging.

We do not offer returns on digital downloads. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps.

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

2. We will send a prepaid return shipping

label to  your email for you to print.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
